Aude has worked as a project manager for Reykjavík Dance Festival. Mostly focusing on projects with young people or teenagers. Amongst them the festival Únglingurinn í Reykjavík ( Teenager in Reykjavík) curated by teenagers.

ASSITEJ in Iceland Performance festival for young audiences
Aude has been part of the board of ASSITEJ since 2013 and has been taking part in curating and managing of the festival since then.

Reykjavík International Film festival
For three years has Aude worked for RIFF as a project manager for special events, managing two years the swim-in cinema sessions as well as other related events.
